About SOFWERX
A factory of ideas.
SOFWERX is a non-profit organisation that serves as an innovation platform for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). It's essentially a collaborative hub where government, industry, academia, and national labs come together to tackle the complex challenges faced by special operations forces.
Think of it as a "factory of ideas" where rapid prototyping, experimentation, and radical collaboration are the norm. SOFWERX focuses on finding and developing innovative technologies and solutions to equip special operations forces with the tools they need to succeed in their missions.
